Why We Use It
Information is used to review testing requests, respond to inquiries, manage company reports, and maintain the integrity of the verification service. Contact and billing information should not be included in a public certificate.
Published Certificates
Anyone with a published certificate’s unique key or QR link can view its approved company and sample details and download the full PDF. Staff should review every file before publishing. Revoked certificates no longer serve the public PDF.
Storage and Service Providers
The site stores records and report files on its hosting server. Staff access requires an authorized account. Necessary hosting providers process information to operate these features. Technical request limits help prevent abuse. This site does not process payment card details.
