These terms describe the scope of Peptify Analytics’s analytical testing requests and certificate verification service.
Research and Analytical Services
Peptify Analytics provides third-party testing services for customer-submitted research samples. We do not sell peptides. Reports document the sample analyzed and are not medical advice, product endorsements, or evidence of suitability for human or animal use.
Requests and Pricing
Submitting the testing form creates a request for review. Testing scope, sample requirements, final price, applicable taxes, turnaround, and payment arrangements are confirmed before work begins. Displayed estimates are in Canadian dollars unless another currency is explicitly stated.
Sample Submission
Provide accurate company, sample, batch, and handling information. Confirm receiving instructions before shipping. Sample acceptance and routing are determined for each order from the United States or Canada.
Certificates of Analysis
A certificate applies to the sample and testing scope described in the report. Use the complete report without altering its findings. A verification key confirms the published record and its current status. An updated or corrected report may have a different key.
Public Report Sharing
Published files and verification metadata are accessible to holders of their keys. Only staff-approved report information intended for sharing should be published. Private contact, billing, or unrelated information should not be embedded in the report.
Questions and Cancellations
Contact Peptify Analytics with your request number before changing or cancelling a testing arrangement. Cancellation, refund, reanalysis, and sample-return conditions are confirmed with your order.
