Before Testing Begins
Send your request reference and the change or cancellation you need. The team will confirm whether the work can be stopped or modified and any applicable charges.
Sample Returns
Analytical testing may consume or alter a sample. Remaining material and return-shipping arrangements must be discussed with the team; do not assume a tested vial can be returned.
Questions About Results
Include the report key, sample, batch, and a clear description of the concern. The team will review the issue and discuss any appropriate follow-up or reanalysis.
Corrected Reports
When a report is withdrawn, its verification page shows that it is revoked. Use the current report and verification key supplied by the issuer.
