Confirm Before You Ship
Submit your testing request first. Confirm the receiving address, accepted quantity, packaging, and any handling requirements with the team before dispatch.
Identify Every Sample
Include your request reference, company name, sample identifier, and lot or batch. For blind identity testing, follow the assigned reference instructions without disclosing the expected identity to the analyst.
Packaging and Routing
Use secure packaging appropriate to the sample and the instructions provided. Crimped, unopened vials are required unless the team confirms another format. U.S. and Canadian samples may have different shipping arrangements; follow your confirmed order instructions.
Delivery and Timing
Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number. Testing timing begins from the confirmed laboratory receipt point rather than the day a parcel is sent.
